Day 1 - Guwahati – Tezpur (180 Km/ 04 Hours)
Today meet and greet on arrival at Guwahati Airport. There after transfer to your Hotel in Tezpur. Night, stay in Tezpur.

Day 2 - Tezpur – Ziro (240 Km/ 06 Hours)
Departure for Ziro, in Arunachal Pradesh. Stop in Nyishi villages. The Nyishis are an ethnic group that mainly inhabits Arunachal Pradesh. You discover their traditional costumes. Stop at Naharlagun market. Stop at Itanagar to visit the fort. At the end of the day, arrive at Ziro. Night at the hotel.

Day 3 - Ziro
Villages and Apatani Tribe!
Discovery of the different Apatani villages, one of the smallest communities in Arunachal. The elders wear their hair long, which they braid or pull into a bun on the top of their forehead like the Nyishis. Older women are tattooed on their chins and have their nostrils adorned with small wooden trays. Their houses on stilts are long and narrow, close together, built of bamboo. The valley consists of 7 villages and is crossed by the Kali River. At the end of the day Apatani dance show. Night at the hotel.

Day 4 - Ziro – Daporijo (160 Km/03 Hours)
Discovery of the Hill Miris, Tagins, and Adi Gallongs tribes. After early breakfast transfer to Daporijo. The landscapes are breathtaking. At every turn, new mountains, new rivers, other forests. The road passes through thick jungles populated by various animals. You first follow the Kamla valley populated by Nyishis whose villages are scattered in the hills. You then approach the Hill Miris region by a road that winds up the mountainside and through the immense jungle. You take advantage of this day to discover the tribes of the region: In Daporijo, the crossroads of three valleys, we find Hill Miris, Tagins, and Adi Gallongs. Night at the hotel.

Day 5 - Daporijo – Aalo (150Km/04 Hours)
In the heart of the Adi Galongs villages. You are heading towards Along this morning. Along the way, you come across Tagins and Adi Galongs villages with bamboo houses. In Pays Galong, the houses are more beautiful, much wider and better finished than the Tagins houses; they are surrounded by a large terrace sheltered by the extension of the palm roof. The Adis of Arunachal Pradesh practice agriculture, but are also remarkable hunters. By carefully observing the forest, you can see their clever traps, most of them made of bamboo, all different depending on the intended prey. In the gardens, the Galongs grow chili peppers, tangerines, sugar cane, bananas… Rice fields alternate with tropical forests and pineapple fields for a most varied and green landscape. Day 6 - Aalo – Damro - Yingkiong (115Km/03Hours)
From Brahmaputra to Yamne River You visit a few villages in the Along region, before joining the Brahmaputra, which in this region is called Siang. You cross a large footbridge 70 meters long which spans the river, made of bamboo and rattan, but recently reinforced with steel cables. Then, you go up the course of the Brahmaputra by road towards the North, and you cross the river towards the East by the Dite Dime bridge in order to reach the Yamne river. Along the way you discover villages of the Adi Minyong ethnic group. In the Yamne River basin you explore villages of the Adi Simong and Adi Karko ethnic groups, notably the village of Yingkiong. Night in lodge.

Day 7 - Yingkiong - Pasighat (120Km/ 03 Hours)
Today after breakfast transfer to Pasighat – The land of beautiful hanging bridges. Night, stay in Abor Country River Camp over looking the Siang River.

Day 8 - Pasighat – Dibrugarh (150 km – 03 Hours)
Discovery of Dibrugarh and its market .Today we’re heading to Dibrugarh! The road follows the banks of the Brahmaputra. You reach Dibrugarh, a large city in Assam located near Arunachal Pradesh and the mountains of Nagaland. Walk through the Dibrugarh market. Night at the hotel.

Day 9 - Dibrugarh - Majuli Island (170 Km/4 Hours 40 Min)
After breakfast, departure for Sivasagar to visit the Parvatidol, Shivadol and Vishnudol temples. Continue to Neematighat near Jorhat to cross the Brahmaputra to Majuli. Majuli is one of the largest inhabited river islands in the world. This gigantic sandbank flooded 3 months a year by the increasingly significant floods of the Brahmaputra is famous for its monasteries and its particular culture. En route, you have the opportunity to spot many migratory birds and the mysterious freshwater dolphin. Visit the Mising villages and the Kamalabari Satra and Vaishnavite monasteries. Night in lodge.

Day 10 - Majuli Island – Jorhat (01 Hour by Ferry)
Today after Breakfast visit the famous making culture of Majuli at Samoguri Satra. Thereafter transfer to the Brahmaputra River Bank to catch a ferry to Jorhat. Night, stay in a Heritage Tea Bungalow inside the Tea Estate.

Day 11 - Jorhat – Kohima (190 Km/05 Hours)
Early morning visit the famous Gibbon Wild Life Sanctuary – famous for Hillock Gibbons the only living aps on Earth. Later transfer to Hotel. After Breakfast transfer to Kohima. Night, stay.

Day 12 - Kohima
After breakfast, visit the Kohima War Cemetery built in memory of the officers and soldiers who sacrificed themselves during the Second World War. Then excursion to the village of Khonoma, located 21 km from the city of Kohima. Khonoma village is the first “green village” in Nagaland. The village is well known for its legendary leader Angami Zapu Phizo, founder of the Naga movement. In the afternoon, visit the Kisama Heritage Village. Return to Kohima. Night at the hotel.

Day 13 - Kohima – Kaziranga (221 Km/ 5 Hours)
After breakfast, drive to Kaziranga National Park. Arrival in Kaziranga. Check in to your Hotel. Evening is free to explore nearby Orchid Park. You can enjoy cultural dance here. Night in Kaziranga.

Day 14 - Kaziranga (02 Jeep Safari – Eastern and Western Part)
This morning, you leave to explore the famous Kaziranga National Park by doing 2 jeep safaris. First one after Breakfast transfer to the eastern part – The Agoratoli Range – mainly famous for Migratory Birds and many endangered species. Later transfer to Hotel. Post lunch Jeep Safari in the western Range. Night, stay in Kaziranga.

Day 15 - Kaziranga Elephant Safari – Shillong ( 280Km / 6-7 Hours)
Early morning wakeup call to get ready for Elephant Safari. First call at 5 Am and second at 0530 AM. You may select any option as per your convenience. After breakfast, transfer to Shillong. En-route visit Umium Lake (also known as Barapani Lake). Shillong is the capital of Meghalaya. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Evening is free to explore the century old Wards lake and the famous Police Bazaar. Night, stay in Shillong.

Day 16 - Shillong – Cherrapunjee (65 Km one Side - 02 Hours)
After breakfast, departure for Cherrapunjee. En-route, visit No Ka Likai Falls. In Cherrapunjee, visit the cave garden, Wakhaba, Arwah cave, Mawsmai cave, Seven Sisters falls and Nohkalikai falls. Night at Cherrapunjee.

Day 17 - Cherrapunjee – Mawlynnong (3 Hours/ 90 Km)
Departure for Mawlynnong, voted the cleanest village in Asia. Arriving at the village, we disembark at the parking lot and walk 10 minutes to the amazing Living Root Bridge. From there we walk a short distance to Balancing Rock, then climb a bamboo ladder woven around a tree to look out over the Bangladeshi plains in the distance. Meet the village people, walk the neat village paths. Night at homestay.

Day 18 - Mawlynnong – Dawki – Nartiang – Guwahati (240 Km/6 Hours)
We first stop at Dawki, the crystal clear Umgnot river is a sight to behold. Continue to the magnificent Krangshuri waterfalls. Further on, in Nartiang, we visit the Durga temple and stop in front of the imposing prehistoric monoliths. Then we continue towards Guwahati. On reaching Guwahati check in to your Hotel. After brief fresh n up enjoy the Evening River Cruise in the mighty River Brahmaputra. Night at the hotel.

Day 19 - Guwahati – Onward Destination
Today after breakfast visit Kamakhya Temple. It is suggested to obtain a special pass to avoid waiting time. Later take a ride with the rope way to get a birds eye view of the World’s smallest island over looking the mighty River Brahmaputra. Tour ends drop at Guwahati Airport for onward destination.
